  • In college, Eli was awarded the Conerly Trophy in both 2001 and 2003, given to the best college football player in Mississippi, and was a Davey O'Brien Award finalist, which is given to the nation's best college quarterback (New York Giants)
  • In 2003, Eli was given the Maxwell Award, which is given to the nation's best quarterback. The Birmingham Monday Morning Quarterback Club named him the 2003 SEC Most Valuable Back, and the Clarion-Ledger named him the 2003 Sports Person of the Year. Also that season, the Jackson Touchdown Club named Eli the Mississippi Amateur Athlete of the Year, and he was selected as a National Scholar-Athlete as a Division 1-A quarterback. Charities:
  • In 2007, Eli began a five-year campaign to raise $2.5 milion to construct The Eli Manning Children's Clinics at the Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Eli's father, Archie, is also fundraising for the clinic, as well as other celebrities.
